Brookfield IL Real Estate
Many of the suburbs I work in and have knowledge of are difficult to actually fill in enough information that isn't simply technical, but Brookfield, Illinois, hosts the famous Brookfield Zoo. As a youngster I didn't know people actually lived in Brookfield, only animals. When I got a little older I wished I could live in Brookfield and have a zoo so close by. Brookfield Zoo is one of two zoos we have in the Northern Illinois area. The other is Lincoln Park Zoo on Chicago's north side.
The 2000 Census shows Brookfield as having 19,085 human residents and the real estate statistics showed 5,096 single-family, owner-occupied homes.
