Although there were double digit decreases in the amount of Palos Park homes sold in 2011 vs. 2010, prices went up by double digits so I feel that's a better trade-off. I noticed there are slight discrepancies in figures from what was reported prior but this is what we are given by our board and I'm not sure why they are off at all, but it isn't anything major.
