Palos Hills, Illinois happens to be the most affordable of the three cities that form Palos Township. Like Palos Heights and Palos Park, it is still located near the forest preserves that are part of the township and offers a mix of older and newer homes. Palos Hills is also home to popular Moraine Valley Community College.

Although Palos Hills offers a wide selection of single family homes, I show condominiums in the area the most. Palos Hills is noted for its large selection of condos and townhomes and offers different complexes down 111th Street, which is close to the college.

2000 Census figures show a total population of 17,665 residents and Palos Hills real estate offers 7,492 total housing units.
