Location, location, location! When people think about Palos Park real estate, many feel it is simply out of their price range. It is one of the highest priced villages in the area I work in, but that is because of its popularity.
Horses are allowed in Palos Park. Please check with the village as the number of horses per amount of acreage differs from incorporated Palos Park vs. unincorporated. One of my favorite moments was showing a vacant Palos Park home only to see a woman walking a donkey and miniature pony on the premises. She apologized and said the owner allowed her to walk them on the property. The photo to the left was taken by one of my clients with his phone.
