Classic Realty Group Mokena Office Grand Opening

Tonight was the grand opening for the new Mokena office for Classic Realty Group. While other companies are downsizing and closing up offices, Classic Realty Group is growing at such a rate that Broker Owner Adam Mendez, Jr., decided to join forces with managing Broker Dee Herzog (who had a Realty Executives franchise before joining forces with Classic Realty Group).
This was the first time I've seen the office and I am very impressed. It is located in a newer strip mall located at 19621 S. LaGrange Rd. in Mokena. The office is very clean and professional looking and offers a reception area/waiting room and many private offices and multiple work stations. There is even an upstairs that has an open area and a private office.
Although I've shown and sold many properties in Lockport, Frankfort, Mokena, New Lenox and neighboring towns over the years, this location is about as southwest as I go. I mainly work out of my home office and only stop in our Orland Park office (located at 15545 S. 71st Ct., Orland Park, IL 60462) when I have to pick something up. My home office is fully equipped with everything I need.
Classic Realty Group currently has about 130 very experienced agents and Adam is interviewing new agents almost every day. We have agents from every franchise out there such as Realty Executives, Re/Max, Century 21, Coldwell Banker and local offices such as Prospect Equities and Real People Realty. Classic Realty Group offers so much more for their agents without the hefty fees and commission splits most other offices require.
Adam Mendez, Jr., has managed other real estate offices including a Re/Max franchise. When I joined the Orland Park office 3 years ago I was skeptical on how I'd get along with Adam as I had been with my previous broker for 22 years. Adam is very knowledgeable and professional yet friendly and easy to talk to. I am so glad I made the move to Classic Realty Group and am very happy that we are growing at such a great rate. I want our brokerage to succeed as I can't imagine working anywhere else!
