New Customized MLS Search for www.cook-county-real-estate.net

MLS search. What is the difference?
With the previous VOW search prospects had to fill out a registration form before they could see any information on a property. It was a requirement for having a VOW search available and an individual webmaster could not change that.
With the new custom Chicago area MLS search you can see exactly how many properties match your search and you'll see photos and a little information about each one. You won't be asked to register unless you want more information.
As with the VOW, registration is quick and easy and only requires your name and e-mail address. We never share or sell your information to anyone else as your privacy is important to us.
The new Northern IL MLS search offers a map search feature (many people prefer this but I don't personally - I'd rather use the normal search selections) and when you get to the details page of each listing you can inquire about it, request an appointment, map it and get driving directions and save it as a favorite.
Of course, if you want the best way to get a list of properties you'd be interested in automatically searched and sent to you every day, the best thing would be to sign up for the free automated Home Finder e-mail search program. It's fun to search the MLS on your own, but to be sure you're not missing anything and to have it done automatically is important if you're ready to buy.
With the low interest rates I'm seeing an upbeat in buying activity and I feel that homes priced properly could sell quickly and still get multiple offers, even in today's buyer's market. There might be a lot of homes on the market, but many are still priced too high. The homes priced properly are the one's selling.
